The change you made to Soul Reaping makes no sense. You've either never played a Necro or haven't had your Soul Reaping high enough to matter. My Necros Soul Reaping is at 6 and that's still plenty. As a MM I get insane amounts of energy!! If Soul Reaping healed you it would most certainly be nerfed. My Necro does seem to heal rather fast but she rarely get's dealt much damage. *shrug* Plus Dunkuro does his job well.

I like the idea of NOT creating additional character classes for Chapter 4, regardless of the new attribute lines idea.

# In role-playing games, a druid is a character that represents a magic-user who is most comfortable in natural environments (especially forests). They work with nature to achieve their goals. In Dungeons & Dragons in particular, druids are related to rangers, except a ranger is more oriented towards traditional combat whereas a druid is more magically inclined. ...

The way you presented it, you only gave suggestion to assassins and something decorative to warriors.
Eles and mesmers aren't fine in line with these suggestions. Eles just recently got even remote buff to push them outside of echo/MS world, and mesmers were finally made realistically viable for NF content. Ranger is already an insanely powerful class. A group of rangers can dominate entire elite areas (see b/p), not to mention their defense, interrupt and condition spamming ability, along with high armor, and almost complete self sufficience.
Although adding new attribute lines is not only doable, but completely viable. Consider another line for eles - wind magic or something similar. It doesn't clash with other lines, and would add new combos. But neither of these must change the roles of the class. Those are already at delicate balance.
Something will need to be done. The GW model is starting to reach its cap. Greens in NF are for most part horrible, since all other combinations are already in game. The skills can only scale for that much. The new runes already add a little extra over the edge.

I don't like the actual suggestions here (except paragon melee weapons). I agree with the general concept: We have enough classes; let's do a good expansion of the ones we have! A new attribute (alternate primary even!) would be great.

A poorly presented suggestion that will tend to offend some players with the "don't care" attitude.

OMFG! Monks with fist fighting loL! That would be interesting. Be all like judo and stuff... Although it would look weird on my little Monk... Maybe a male Monk it would look cool, though. ^_^;;;
Anyhoo, as for the SinX in PvE... I play just fine with mine. She dies from time to time but... Don't we all? Too many ppl try to tank with a SinX and find out very quickly it doesn't work. Then the entire party ends up using their rezu on them. T_T
As for the ideas... They're very interesting. But I think they're a little much.
I do like the idea of no new professions. Give new skills in Chapter 4! And A LOT new armor! And new weapons. And, of course, new greens. And maybe even new Heroes (maybe). And areas that are difficult to the X-TREAM to keep √£Σ† players busy for a couple decades or so. And maybe some new effects for things like armor and weapons and stuff. And more emotes! And conditions? And stuff... o.O

Yes my example sucks, thats why i said "Example". And like i said it doesnt have to be like my suggestions. But Exisiting classes needs new attributes.
Oh and sorry for a poorly presented unenergized suggestions.

They don't charge for you to play monthly and without releasing new content how will they make money? Updating the current games by adding skills and stuff wouldn't give any incentive to buy the newer campaigns since you can just by one and get updates for free.
The idea for not releasing any more characters isn't a bad idea but then they have no income.
By the way, what's wrong with the current attributes and skills? If you get bored of them buy the newest campaign. That's why Anet makes new campaigns.

You just KNOW that if they ever make a chapter that does not add 2 new classes there will be a wave of "What a ripoff" complainers.
New story, new explorables, new missions, new classes. Thats how Anet stays in business.

The ideas you have presented would highly unbalance the game. Plus, most of it sounds like you're trying to merge your favorite parts of other games into Guild Wars.

Please read and comprehend the discussion before posting. There was no discussion of free updates. This was a request for an EXPANSION (to purchase) rather than another chapter with two extra classes; One to add stuff to the whole game, everywhere (probably across all existing chapters before) and round it out before it becomes a bloated, disconnected unenjoyable beast with players so far spread out that noone ever sees each other.

They do not. Arena.net is solely responsible for Guild Wars. The other games you mentioned are published by the same company that publishes Guild Wars (NCSoft), but are developed by other companies.
